Child Safety Standards

Board Session is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users and has a zero-tolerance policy for any content or behavior that exploits or endangers children. This page outlines our standards in compliance with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and applicable child safety laws.

1. Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Board Session strictly prohibits any content, conduct, communication, or material that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers minors in any way. This includes but is not limited to:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind
• Grooming, solicitation, or exploitation of minors
• Any communication that sexualizes or endangers children
• Sharing, distributing, or linking to any content that violates these standards

Any user found engaging in such behavior will have their account immediately terminated and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

2. Reporting Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

If Board Session becomes aware of any child sexual abuse material on our platform, we will:

• Immediately remove the content and suspend the responsible account
• Report the material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline at missingkids.org
• Cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations

3. App Not Directed at Children

Board Session is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a user under 13 has created an account, we will delete that account and all associated data promptly.

We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other applicable child privacy and safety laws.

4. In-App Reporting

Users can report child safety concerns directly within the Board Session app via the feedback mechanism in the Profile section, or by contacting our child safety point of contact below. All reports are reviewed promptly.

5. Compliance with Child Safety Laws

Board Session complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including COPPA (United States), GDPR-K (European Union), and other regional child protection laws. We take all reports of child endangerment seriously and work with law enforcement as required.
